2000-pound (1 ton) robots beating each-other to bits in a boxing ring will be the core subject of this new futuristic action movie called “Real Steel”.
The star of the show is Hugh Jackman, who is mostly known for his role of the Wolverine in “X-Men”. He plays a promoter who tries to make a champion out of a discarded robot. At the same time he finds out he has a son, who wants to know his father. So, there will be an emotional subplot to try and add a little bit of humanity to this movie, but basically we have scene after scene of giant robots doing battle in a boxing ring. This film will definitely benefit greatly the poor economic situation giving work to many talented special effects designers. I am sure that doing all those battle scenes, which last only a couple of minutes on-screen, takes hundreds upon hundreds of hours of meticulous work. They can try using new techniques and technologies for our viewing pleasure, when we watch Real Steel online. Also, with robots doing the fighting instead of humans, there won’t be the factor of whether and how much violence they want to show to the viewer. I don’t know if you need to be at least 13 years old to see robot injuries and violence or not, maybe someone has to come up with a law for that. When you watch Real Steel online, there will surely be different colour robots, so you could easily make the difference between them in battle. And there will be evil robots as well, although robots shouldn’t have feelings, but they will anyway. This evil robot will be very brutal and powerful and our hero-robot will have an epic fight with him, where he is almost dead, but then recovers and wins against the evil robot through self-belief and the constant incentive yelling of the Wolverine. If we are lucky as viewers when we watch Real Steel online, there will also be an attractive female robot, who our undoubtedly male hero-robot will fall in love with. They will have to fight each other or the male robot will have to watch how the female robot looses against some other bad male robot, which will create feelings of revenge and justice in him and us.
